10-Day Program | This unforgettable German cultural and language immersion program takes you on a scenic journey through some of the most charming and culturally rich cities in Germany and Austria. Begin in Koblenz, where the Moselle meets the Rhine and ancient medieval castles dot the riverbanks. Continue to Cologne, home to the stunning Gothic cathedral and vibrant old town. Explore the romantic streets and historic university of Heidelberg, then head south to the alpine beauty of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, nestled at the foot of Germany’s highest peak. In Munich, experience Bavarian hospitality, world-class museums, and great food. Finally, cross into Austria to discover the baroque splendor of Salzburg, Mozart’s birthplace and the setting for The Sound of Music. This German immersion experience blends natural beauty, history, and culture into one enriching adventure. You’ll be accompanied by experienced assigned Travel Coordinators from Xperitas network of esteemed teachers and contacts, stay in welcoming accommodations, and travel with other German learners from across the U.S.

The River Rhine in Germany is lined with dozens of stunning old castles, offering a glimpse into medieval German life. Stop in the charming town of Bacharach before returning to Koblenz for the evening to enjoy an Xperitas welcome dinner.
Take a day trip from Koblenz to Cologne via train. Enjoy a guided walking tour of old town Cologne with its many landmarks. Learn about Cologne’s Roman history and experience the magnificent Kölner Dom, the city's medieval catholic cathedral - the tallest cathedral in the world.
Explore the Schloss or cross the Alte Brücke to view Heidelberg from the famous Philosophenweg.
See the city's sights as you hear stories about its people and uncover the secrets of its medieval history.
Gather in the evening to savor the local cuisine with an Xperitas group dinner.

Payment reminders will be sent 1 week and 1 day before each payment is due.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payments may be made by credit card, debit card, ACH transfer, or check. A 2.9% processing fee applies to all credit and debit card transactions.
Checks must be made payable to Xperitas and include the participant’s full name and destination country. Postdated checks are not accepted and will be returned.
